Title: If My Mom was a Casserole: Recipes You Can't Screw Up

Why the title?  You guessed it!  Mama made a lot of casseroles when her kids were growing up!  You'd be surprised what Mama found in the refrigerator that appeared in casseroles.

You're probably wondering, why another cookbook?  The simple fact of the matter is that fast food is expensive and with a few simple ingredients you can make tasty meals at home in no time.  So Mama gathered recipes that she had collected over the years from family and friends did some tweaking and developed some recipes on her own.  And there it was. 

Style: The cookbook has a colorful soft bound cover with a coil binding.  There are 550 recipe cookbook with many variations.  A personal history of Mama and notes about al family and friends is also included.
